Solid place for your dental hygiene needs. Everyone is incredibly nice and I mean literally everyone. When calling around for different dentists the receptionist here sounded the most loveliest. Everyone treated me with the utmost care and I didn’t feel like a number. They usually open at 9am but let me come in at 8am knowing I started my job at 9:00. I was even able to pay my bill in two payments. I particularly loved how everyone worked as a team and treated each other with kindness and respect even with the pressure of a busy day to look forward too. The music playlist was also wonderful. It was hard for me to try not to sing when getting my teeth worked on. The cherry on top was that the dentist and staff had a good sense of humor and shared some laughs with me making my experience that much more enjoyable. Oddly enough I look forward to my next dental appointment. If you’re looking for the top of the line professionals with all the bells and whistles, look no further. I value all the staff at Bridgetown Dental. They are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and any other wonderful adjective I left out. Dr. Kaady is conservative, and doesn’t suggest a treatment to make money off the patient. He gave me 3 options of treatment: one that wouldn’t be a long term fix and it would cost $$$.00. And, there would be no guarantee this treatment would work. Secondly, see a specialist to have the tooth extracted. And, thirdly, extract the tooth and prep for a tooth implant which would cost approx $$$$.00. We discussed all three options, and he suggested I think about it. He did not sway me one way or another. Val is very thorough when cleaning my teeth. She takes the time she needs to complete the job, and pays close attention to my problem I am currently having. I appreciate everyone at Bridgetown Dental, and I would highly recommend them!!!
