My visit was great beginning with my hygienist, Kari V. who remembers all my special needs without being reminded:) She is efficient but gentle; she takes opportunities to educate me on where I need to focus extra effort in flossing (due to some place in back molars). I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned because Kari makes it such a pleasant experience. Dr. Bradley Adams did a thorough exam after my cleaning and mentioned a soft tissue area around my bridge for me to make sure I keep brushed and massaged well. Last, Ms. Teresa (always smiling and kind) at the front desk helped me with a receipt for my new insurance and reminded me that can call her if I needed anything else to file my first claim. I am thankful for feeling like I’m treated like family at Smith & Adams.
